60ml Gunners Gold
35g cottage cheese
75g grated cheddar
½ tsp mustard powder
25g melted butter
1.Put all the ingredients apart from the melted butter into a liquidiser and liquidise until smooth.
2.Poor the melted butter into the liquidiser and pulse until incorporated.
3. Put the mixture into a ramekin and cover with cling film, chill until set or preferably overnight.
Great on toast or crackers.
